Diagnostic approach
Separate ingest lag from query latency. Inspect cluster/shard health, storage and memory pressure, collection access, query plans, scanned data, partitioning, dashboard refreshes, stream capacity, and iterator age. Tie suggested tuning to measured bottlenecks.

Evidence and handoff
